We collect information you provide when contacting us, submitting a cleaning request, selecting a preferred date and time, or using our cleaning services.

Contact information: first and last name, phone number, and email address or service address when provided.

Booking and property information: ZIP code, bedrooms, bathrooms, preferred date/time, cleaning requirements and access instructions provided to our team.

Communication information: messages, questions, requests and information shared with our team.

Our Google Book online form does not collect card details, payment or a deposit.

3. SMS Messaging & Privacy

Opt-In & Consent

Avid Cleans LLC collects phone numbers through contact and booking forms so our team can discuss cleaning requests, availability and service details.

Submitting a booking form or providing a phone number does not enroll you in an SMS program or constitute consent to marketing or automated text messages. The Google Book online request flow does not automatically send client SMS or email.

If an SMS program is offered separately, we request optional consent and describe the messages covered. Messages are sent only in accordance with that consent. SMS consent is not a condition of booking or purchasing a cleaning service.

4. How Do We Use Your Information?

We use personal information collected via our Website for a variety of business purposes described below. We process your personal information for these purposes in reliance on our legitimate business interests, in order to enter into or perform a contract with you, with your consent, and/or for compliance with our legal obligations.

To process cleaning requests, preferred times and property details.
To discuss availability, service address, cleaning scope, pricing and changes with you.
To maintain contact and booking records in our booking and CRM systems and support our customer service team.
To arrange and provide cleaning services and respond to questions or concerns.
To send SMS only under separate consent for the applicable SMS program.
- To measure booking-page usage through optional analytics after consent.

5. Will Your Information Be Shared With Anyone?

We may process or share information when needed to provide the service you request, with your consent, or as required by applicable law. Contact and booking information may be processed by providers supporting our website, booking, CRM and customer support systems. Relevant service details may be shared with cleaning personnel to arrange your service.

Consent: We may process your data if you have given us specific consent to use your personal information for a specific purpose.
Legitimate Interests: We may process your data when it is reasonably necessary to achieve our legitimate business interests.
Performance of a Contract: Where we have entered into a contract with you, we may process your personal information to fulfill the terms of our contract.

No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer service is permitted. All other use case categories exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.

Necessary storage supports booking functionality and saves privacy preferences. On book.avidcleans.org, optional Google Analytics 4 is loaded only after you choose Allow analytics. You can choose Continue without analytics and still use the booking form.

With permission, GA4 measures entry into the service calendar, form interactions, progression to date/time selection and completed bookings. It may receive technical information such as browser/device details and a limited referral category. Our booking tracker excludes names, phone numbers, email addresses, ZIP codes, form answers, appointment IDs and URL query strings from analytics events.

The initial service-menu landing and a click inside Google are separate from the measured calendar entry. The tracker does not claim to measure a click inside Google.

Use Analytics settings on the booking page to change or withdraw your choice. Withdrawing stops further analytics collection from the tracker and removes its analytics cookies on the booking domain; it does not delete data already collected by Google. You can also manage cookies in your browser.

If you choose to register or log in to our services using a social media account, we may have access to certain information about you.
