These Terms and Conditions apply to our website at https://avidcleans.org/, our online booking website at https://book.avidcleans.org/widget/bookings/avid-house-cleaning, and cleaning services booked with us.

Please review these Terms before making a booking. They explain how cleaning appointments are scheduled, how pricing and payment are arranged, and how cancellations, rescheduling, and refunds are handled.

Cleaning Service Bookings

Our Google Book online system allows you to submit a house cleaning request with your contact and property information and a preferred date and time.

When you complete the online flow, the confirmation screen records your request and preferred date/time. The selected time is a preference pending team confirmation. Our team will confirm availability and agree the final service time with you. Our team will contact you to discuss your cleaning requirements, service address, scope of work, and pricing.

If a change to the appointment time or service details is needed, we will discuss it with you and agree on any adjustments.

Pricing and Payment

Online booking is free of charge. Cleaning services are paid services.

The cleaning price depends on the property size, condition, cleaning requirements, and agreed scope of work. Our team will explain the price and payment arrangements before cleaning begins. Additional services or charges require your agreement.

No payment or deposit is collected through our online booking form. Making an online booking does not authorize us to charge a payment card.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

To cancel or reschedule your cleaning appointment, contact us at (732) 538-8955 or [email protected] as soon as possible.

We do not charge a cancellation or rescheduling fee when you contact us before cleaning begins. A replacement appointment time depends on availability and will be agreed with you.

If we need to change or cancel an appointment, we will contact you promptly and discuss an alternative.

Refunds

Because no payment is collected through our online booking form, cancelling an unpaid booking does not involve a refund.

If you separately pay in advance for a cleaning service and cancel before cleaning begins, we will refund the advance payment for that cancelled service. If we cancel the service and you do not accept an alternative appointment, we will refund any advance payment for the cancelled service.

Refunds will be returned through the original payment method where possible. Processing time depends on the payment provider.

Customer Information and Property Access

Please provide accurate contact and property information when booking. Our team will obtain the full service address and any necessary access instructions before your appointment.

Please arrange access to the property at the agreed appointment time and tell us about any relevant cleaning requirements or access restrictions.

Cookies

Necessary storage supports website and booking functionality. Optional analytics on book.avidcleans.org requires your separate choice. You can continue booking without analytics, and change or withdraw consent through Analytics settings. See our Privacy Policy for details.

Unless otherwise stated, Avid Cleans LLC and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on Avid Cleans LLC. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this from Avid Cleans LLC for your own personal use subjected to restrictions set in these terms and conditions.

SMS Terms & Conditions

1. Description of SMS Use Cases If you separately opt into an SMS program offered by Avid Cleans LLC, you may receive messages about your cleaning service, appointment reminders, and related service updates, as described when you provide consent.

Submitting an online booking form or providing your phone number does not, by itself, constitute consent to receive marketing or automated text messages. SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of booking or purchasing a cleaning service.

2. Opt-out Instructions You can cancel the SMS service at any time. Just text "STOP" to our number. After you send the SMS message "STOP" to us, we will send you an SMS message to confirm that you have been unsubscribed. After this, you will no longer receive SMS messages from us. If you want to join again, just sign up as you did the first time. For help, you can reply "HELP" to any message.

3. Message & Data Rate Disclosure Message and data rates may apply to messages sent to you and messages you send to us. Message frequency varies depending on the SMS program you have opted into, your interactions, and your cleaning appointments. For questions about your messaging or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. Carrier Liability Disclaimer Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Avid Cleans LLC and mobile carriers are not responsible for any technical issues that may lead to the failure of message delivery.

5. Age Restriction By consenting to these terms, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age or have the consent of a parent or guardian to receive messages from this service.

Disclaimer
